If you love to eat your colors and like a little bit of spice, this recipe is for you.
I love to eat this by itself but if preferred, It could definitely be paired with tortilla chips or orzo which is amazing.
Ingredients
1 shallot diced
1 habanero diced
1/2 red bell pepper cubed
1/2 heirloom tomato cubed
1 cucumber
1/3 cilantro chopped
lemon juice
Spicy olive oil
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Chop everything to your liking, I usually cut my cucumber, bell pepper, and tomatoes in cube-like sizes and I chop everything else very finely. I then pour about 2 tbsp of spicy olive oil, add a few splashes of lemon juice, and mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste, I add a little seasoning salt, because I like salt but not necessary. Please try it and let me know. Make sure you subscribe for more amazing recipes!
